1.4lbs away from my short term goal. Down 24.8lbs. Life is good. Tomorrow we will face lots of temptation again but I'm sure we'll be fine. TGIF!!

L arm 11.5" no change
knee 18" -.5"
-2.25" this week and 6.6lbs
-20" and 24.8lbs total!!
