Been a busy weekend. We start Phase 3 tomorrow. This means we can incorporate dairy into our diet and our calories go from 500 to about 1500. We also have a much larger selection of veggies, proteins and fruits we can eat.
I did some shopping this weekend. I was able to get some new clothes in sizes smaller than I thought I would!!! Was able to get a pair of summer pants in a size 20. I actually bought a size 24 about 6wks ago and never took the tags off so I went to trade them for a 22. Imagine my surprise when the 22s were big!! I have also emptied my closet of my too big items and am happy to add new items. I took all my stuff to HIPS in Clawson. She took all my blouses and shirts and told me to bring the rest back in August! So ecstatic to not be in a 26/28. Wasn't that long ago when those were tight and I was wondering where I'd get pants to fit. I feel so much more limber and strong. I have a long way to go. I would love to lose another 50 lbs. But, we'll take it 20-25 at a time! :-D

Loving watching this journey!!! You guys are doing amazing :-). You getting to workout yet?? Have we disclosed what diet you're doing yet?? Every goal reached is another opportunity to reevaluate where you're at. Don't get discouraged at any point when you set a new goal and it seems harder to reach. Just means you're getting to a place where you're body is telling you "no more"!! Proud of you, love you!!
