Day Twenty-Eight

As much as I'm looking forward to adding dairy to my diet I'd love to keep losing and losing and losing!!!  But, I said 250 was my short term goal, 220 is my next goal.  Then from there any extra will be gravy!  Rick has lost just over 24lbs and I'm just under 24lbs.  It's a great feeling and we're both wearing clothes a size smaller.  It seems I'm losing all my weight around my upper belly, which is great, but seriously need to lose the lower belly/hips and thighs.  Maybe that's where the weight will come off next time!  Happy Thursday all!
