Good start to Day 4!

Weight 273.2lbs  DOWN 3 lbs!!

What a great way to start the day!!  Of course, I'm tired, as usual, but that usually wears off in an hour or so.  I may start drinking black coffee for that extra kick.  We'll see!

  1. I drink coffee every morning. It's counted as a liquid so I take what I get :-). Do it if you think you need a kick!
