Day Eighteen

Weight 259.4lb 

Finally in the 250s.  I know that's still quite alot of weight but, I haven't been in the 250's in a LONG time.  I might have been there for about 2 mins after the twins were born.  Each day it gets a little more mundane with my lack of food choices.  It's worth it though.  I know some will say it's not healthy to lose so much weight so fast but, that's part of the protocol and daily maintenance that goes along with this plan.  I can't wait to introduce dairy back to my diet come June 25th, maybe sooner!  June 24th is the longest (40 days) I can keep doing what I'm doing.  Almost 1/2 way there!  We'll see if I make it till then!!
