Feeling alive on day FIVE!

Weight 270.2  down ANOTHER 3 lbs!!

Say what you will about this diet, when you find out which one, I'm in love.  Granted it's early, so maybe it's just puppy love.  But, I'll take it!!

  1. I'm waiting to see what it's like for you afterward... long term maintenance is my biggest concern. I can't diet, I need to make a lifestyle change.

  2. I hear ya. This plan I'm doing is supposed to help increase metabolism as well as reset your hypothalamus. And, daily maintenance is part of the process for afterwards as well.

  3. Crys, that's where I am. It and even I struggle with it. Some days I just want to eat whatever I wnt and enjoy...but I've made this life style change. So much to the point that now when I "over eat" or have too many sweets or rich foods, I'm literally sick. Not because I ate it, but because I've cleansed my body of it! So stay with it, you'll get there. And once you're there, it's easier to maintain!
