Here we go again...

So Rick and I are back at it.  Lots has happened over the past few months.  Yes, I'm up over 20lbs (several due to loading).  Thank you Thanksgiving, Christmas and discontinuing birth control pills.  Not sure what's more to blame, besides myself obviously!  I'm convinced getting off the pill, which I've been on since I was 19, is the biggest factor.  I've had cravings over the past few months that I've never experienced!  I'm not one for sweets, but what I wouldn't give for a trough of chocolate!!

It seems that I'm getting hit at all sides today for reasons I should postpone the diet for another week.  It's that time of the month and it's suggested to be 7-10 days from you period when starting.  Oh well.  I'm also sick and was put on the lovely Medrol steroid pack and a Zpak.  I'm going forward though.  I've been warned that I may need to increase my protein due to the steroids.   

Rick and I are planning to do 40 days this go around.  That puts us on P2 all of February and makes Friday March 2nd our last possible day to be on the drops.  My goal is to get into the 220s!  Though, I'd be happy to get back to 236, for now!  My current long term goal is still 199.9.  Talk to you soon!
